Our Managed Mobile Services is just that... A full service offering that will help you get your Mobile Service Dept. up and running fast and efficiently.  We can literally Run the entire Mobile Service Dept. for you OR simply manage your Mobile Service offerings. THREE options for you to choose!

Option 1 - Mobile Service Management

With this option our team will provide you with the following:

• Full consultation of setting up your Mobile Vehicle with all the base equipment you will need in order to hit the road. Tools, Equipment are all ordered for you and installed in the proper order to control work flow.
• Process training for your Mobile Team. We have perfected the Mobile Service experience. Our process has a vehicle up in the air within 30 seconds. Our trainers will teach you what needs to be done and in what order allowing you to maximize the visit.
• Software to run the show which allows your Mobile Team to be scheduled for the highest efficiency of their time. Our software is the ONLY mobile software out there! Designed specifically for Mobile Service
• Customer Care Center and Support. Through Campus Callers we will handle all scheduling, working with your service department to ensure the highest level of ROI.

Option 2- Fully Managed Service

Our Managed Service team will provide you with the following:

Option 3- On Demand Mobile Service

This package gets you up and running TODAY! Our customer service team will go after all the customers you have that are not coming in for service and schedule them on particular days at their home or offices.  We will dispatch our Mobile Service Vehicle to your area on those dates. This can be once a month, twice a month or what ever the RO load carries.
